One of the most eagerly awaited events in the trucking industry will happen next week in Walcott, Iowa.

From Thursday, July 11, to Saturday, July 13, 2024, the 45th annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree will be held at the Iowa 80 truck stop, situated off I-80 at Exit 284 in Walcott, Iowa.

Entry to the Walcott Truckers Jamboree is free, and so is parking.

  • Live Country Music performances
  • Trucker Olympics
  • Fireworks

Last year, the Jamboree drew a crowd of 46,654 attendees, including visitors from 30 states and two Canadian provinces.

This year is not only the 45th anniversary of the Walcott Truckers Jamboree but also the 60th anniversary of the Iowa 80 truck stop serving the trucking community. Since opening in 1964, the Iowa 80 truck stop has remained open continuously without ever closing its doors.
