Schneider National, Inc. made an announcement on Tuesday that it has successfully acquired M&M Transport Services, LLC, which is situated in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

M&M Transport is a specialized contract carrier that primarily focuses on offering tailored solutions for retail and manufacturing industries. Among its most prominent clients are several Fortune 500 companies.

Operating across 12 different locations in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southwest regions, M&M boasts a fleet of approximately 500 trucks and 1,900 trailers.

Schneider emphasized that this acquisition is in line with their commitment to expanding through organic growth, and it positions them to achieve an annual revenue of $1.5 billion from dedicated contracts. Additionally, it will enable them to have 6,500 dedicated tractors to serve their valued customer base.

M&M Transport will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider.
